1. General
   Platinum Solutions Sàrl processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures against any unauthorised access.
2. Data collected
   When you use our website, we may collect:
   – IP address, date and time of access, browser, operating system;
   – data submitted via the contact form (name, email, phone, message);
   – order-related data (name, address, email, phone, order contents, amount, payment method, delivery).

When an order is placed on our website, a customer account may be created automatically from the information provided, to allow order tracking, access to invoices and management of the customer’s details. This account can be managed or deleted at any time in the “My account” area.

Payments by credit card, TWINT, Google Pay or other providers are processed by their respective platforms.

3. Purposes of processing
   Data is used to:
   – process orders and perform contracts;
   – respond to requests;
   – improve our services and our website;
   – assert our rights where necessary.

Processing is based on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest or your consent.

4. Disclosure of data
   Data may only be shared with partners needed to provide the services:
   – IT service providers;
   – payment service providers;
   – e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify);
   – logistics services;
   – authorities where required by law.

We never sell data to third parties.

5. Retention period
   Data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the contract and in accordance with Swiss legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations). It is then deleted.
6. Newsletter
   Subscription to the newsletter is based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
