Shipping costs
Delivery costs are a flat rate and are displayed automatically during checkout.

Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are those shown in the online shop at the time of the order. Platinum Solutions Sàrl reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on the order or the destination country.

Processing and shipping times
Orders are generally prepared and shipped on weekdays within one to three working days after payment is confirmed, subject to stock availability.

If a product is partly unavailable, the order may be shipped in several parcels at no extra cost to the customer.

The delivery times given are indicative and not guaranteed.

Exceptional delays
Circumstances beyond our control may lead to longer delivery times, in particular:
– public holidays in Switzerland or in the destination country;
– high seasonal demand (promotional periods, holidays);
– logistics disruptions, strikes or demonstrations;
– extreme weather conditions;
– health restrictions or decisions by the authorities;
– major events affecting transport.

In these situations, Platinum Solutions Sàrl cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or to force majeure.
