TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Platinum Solutions Sàrl and its customers for the sale of products through the CAPILACTIVE online shop. The version in force at the time of the order applies.
2. General
Sales are open to individuals residing in Switzerland and abroad. The products are intended exclusively for private use. Platinum Solutions Sàrl reserves the right to limit the quantities ordered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the products ordered are suitable for their personal situation and that there is no contraindication or intolerance.
3. Prices and conclusion of the contract
All prices are in CHF. Unless otherwise stated, they exclude VAT and shipping costs. Platinum Solutions Sàrl reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The information published in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is deemed concluded when the order confirmation is sent by email. If the confirmation states a quantity different from the one ordered, the contract is concluded on the basis of the confirmed quantity.
The customer guarantees that the information provided when ordering is accurate.
4. Payment and shipping
Delivery costs are shown during checkout. The available payment methods are those displayed in the online shop. Platinum Solutions Sàrl reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods for a given order.
Orders are normally shipped within one to three working days, subject to stock availability. No additional costs are charged for partial deliveries. No firm delivery time is guaranteed.
5. Exchanges and liability
Exchanges are not offered. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law. The customer must report any defect without delay after receipt.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship is governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Platinum Solutions Sàrl in Monthey, Switzerland.
Platinum Solutions Sàrl may entrust storage and logistics to partners located in Switzerland.
